🏠 Room Description Located in the Airport area of Pisa, close to the city center, this beautiful single room has been recently renovated to provide comfort and practicality for students. The room is thoughtfully furnished with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a one-and-a-half size bed, a three-door wardrobe, a desk with storage, a bedside table, curtains, a mirror and a bookcase. The carefully selected colors of the walls create a pleasant atmosphere that promotes well-being and helps maintain focus while studying. Please note that the apartment is currently undergoing final renovation works. For this reason, the pictures shown in the listing are representative of a room with similar size and furniture layout. All rooms in the apartment follow the same design style, colors and furniture setup.

Located on the first floor, bright and very spacious. Approximately 100 square meters in size. It consists of a kitchen with a balcony, just a stone's throw from the airport, 1 bathroom with shower, and 4 single rooms. The apartment has been beautifully renovated with everything our students need and new furnishings. Equipped with WI-FI, washing machine, and fully equipped kitchen. 1) We do not ask for any monthly security deposit (0 deposit)! 2) We only ask for a one-time initial payment of €390 (this is not a security deposit and will not be refunded) which covers taxes and contract registration costs, maintenance service, cleaning, and initial cleaning of the apartment for the entire period.
